Our library team manage: the traffic of all media that enters our building, where it is, what has been created from that media and whom it has been distributed to. The bespoke system that we use allows multiple reports to be generated and can interface into other systems. It can also be made available as a web client for your ease of use.

Archive

TVT offers a choice of archiving solutions. Our spinning-disc solution allows you to keep your media safe, yet close at hand, so it can be instantly accessed when you require it. We can offer a shared spinning-disc service or an exclusive server option depending on your budget and requirements.

If you do not require such speedy access to your media we also offer a deeper archive solution utilising LTO4 tapes and a Quantum system interfaced with a TSM front end. Dependant on your requirements and budget we can also run duplicate copies of the LTO4 tapes for offsite storage. This gives you complete security in DR situations or enables storage within your own facility.
